EmmyLou Urian, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, excelled in leadership roles at AdventHealth, earning her team the prestigious BEACON award for excellence in patient care. Despite battling breast cancer, she completed her master's degree in nursing management and leadership, showcasing her resilience and dedication. Her passion for nursing, inspired by her mother's influence and early experiences babysitting, led her to specialize in pediatrics, particularly in Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and the NICU. Some fun facts about Emmylou: She is married to her high school sweetheart, Mitch, has two accomplished children, Alyssa and Brandon, and owns a family-run, successful gym. She enjoys traveling, sports, and adventure. EmmyLou also earned a victory on the game show "Beat the Clock" and her past tennis achievements add to her vibrant and inspiring story of overcoming challenges and finding joy in life's adventures.
